The platform modernises and digitalises the clinic's core workflows — covering patient registration, appointment scheduling, consultation records, pharmacy inventory, and billing — replacing paper-based processes with a unified digital system built on international healthcare management best practices. By equipping the clinic with a single integrated digital system, CAIMS directly improves patient safety, operational efficiency, and the quality of care delivered to the local community.

Built on the MoHESR Outcome-Based Evaluation Framework (OBEF v11), the platform enables AUD to track, report, and benchmark its performance across 6 pillars and 24 KPIs — covering employment outcomes, learning outcomes, industry collaboration, research, reputation, and community engagement — in compliance with CAA accreditation requirements.
